COWLEY
Hello
I am in search of someone that can confirm or deny a family story. The claim of one of my 3x great aunt (Maria Zoe Cowley Atkison b.1763) to a nephew (brother to my 2xgreat grandfather Edward Spencer Dickin Cowley, Jaeger to Prince Albert and Queen Victoria b.1816) is that her grandfather William Cowley d. about 1775 was brother to Richard Colley Wesley (Colley), 1st Baron Mornington and as such her great grandparents was Henry Colley/Mary.
Thank you for any knowledge you could share.
