Direct descendent Edward Corbet died 1805 . Lived at one time in Scotland yard Westminster, then in Kingston Jamaica. Was an agent for the Jamaican Governor during Slave uprising in St Domingo
( Tahiti).
I believe he came from a wealthy family but can't find out which or when he was born. The name Edward has been passed down as a matter of form to present day descendants so probably a long term previous christian name. Any info greatly received. Have the family tree from 1789.
